How referrals work

Tell us what you need. We will check whether a referral makes sense, or whether it is something we can help with ourselves.

We introduce you, with your permission, to a specialist suited to your situation.

They advise you directly. The specialist is responsible for their own advice and services, and will explain their own charges before you commit to anything.
You are under no obligation to use anyone we introduce.
Referral fees
We may receive a fee from the firm we introduce you to. Where we do, we will tell you before you decide whether to go ahead, and it will not increase what you pay them. Introductions to household utilities carry no charge to you.
